THREE-MONTH FURNISHED STAY
$1,950 / month
Monthly rent: $1,950 — three months of rent total $5,850 (a $150 discount against our $2,000/month reference).
Estimated move-in payment: $3,900 = $1,950 first month’s rent + $1,950 prepaid last month’s rent (no security deposit for this 3-month plan). Another $1,950 rent payment remains due in month two, making total three-month rent $5,850, with no additional rent due in the third month. Total rent and scheduled payments for the full three-month term are $5,850. No separate refundable security deposit is charged. The $3,900 move-in payment covers months one and three; $1,950 remains due in month two. The prepaid last-month amount is rent, not a refundable security deposit.
SIX-MONTH FURNISHED STAY
$1,900 / month
Monthly rent: $1,900 — six months of rent total $11,400 (a $600 discount against our $2,000/month reference).
Estimated move-in payment: $3,800 = $1,900 first month + $1,900 refundable security deposit. Another $9,500 in rent remains due across months two through six, making total rent $11,400 plus the refundable deposit. Total scheduled payments across the six-month term are $13,300, including the $1,900 potentially refundable deposit. The last month is not prepaid under this six-month plan.
No application fee is currently being charged for the initial online rental application. These are proposed terms, pending unit availability, any lawful screening, final written agreement and property-specific terms. For the six-month plan, the refundable security deposit is distinct from rent; the three-month plan has no separate security deposit. Electricity, water, internet and parking are included in the advertised monthly rent. Once availability and applicable review steps are confirmed, read the actual lease and disclosures, complete lawful identity and screening steps through a secure process, then sign and pay only using verified methods. The initial website form itself does not sign a lease or take payments.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS BEFORE COMMITMENT
WHAT YOUR RENTAL OFFER WILL COVER.
A monthly furnished stay is not the same as a nightly hotel reservation. These key details belong in the individual written rental agreement and must be confirmed before money or a move-in commitment is requested.
YOUR RENT AND DATES
Specific Residence, agreed start and end dates, monthly rent, due dates, any required advance payments, renewal options and terms for ending or extending the agreement.
DEPOSITS AND OTHER CHARGES
For a 3-month stay, the proposed move-in amount is $3,900: $1,950 first month’s rent and $1,950 prepaid last month’s rent. There is no separate security deposit for this plan. Month two’s rent of $1,950 remains due, and no new rent payment is due in month three. For a 6-month stay, estimated initial funds are $3,800: $1,900 first month and $1,900 refundable deposit, with five further monthly rent payments. For the 6-month plan only, the refundable security deposit is separate from rent. The written lease will identify permitted deductions, deposit custody, condition documentation and statutory return requirements. The nightly $200 security deposit does not apply to monthly rentals.
UTILITIES, SERVICES AND FURNISHINGS
Electricity, water, internet and parking are included in the monthly rent. Optional housekeeping, pet terms and any extra charges will be disclosed before a lease is signed.
OCCUPANCY, PETS AND PROPERTY CARE
The written agreement will address lawful occupancy limits, any pet approvals or fees, use of the furnished unit, upkeep, access and repair procedures. Requests for legally required reasonable accommodations can be raised through the inquiry process.
APPLICATION AND FAIR HOUSING
Any rental screening criteria and documentation requested will be explained in advance and applied consistently in accordance with applicable fair housing requirements. Equal Housing Opportunity.
SEPARATE FROM NIGHTLY AND STUDIO BOOKINGS
The nightly reservation calendar and nightly guest rules are separate from any longer-term rental agreement. Filming or studio use is not included with a furnished Residence rental and requires separate approval or booking.

The initial online rental application is free to submit and does not collect payment or sign a lease. The expected move-in funds are $3,900 for the 3-month option and $3,800 for the 6-month option, subject to the final agreement. Do not send money until your application is reviewed and verified written instructions are provided.

For the 3-month plan, no separate security deposit is required. The 3-month plan requires the first and last months’ rent prepaid ($3,900 total at move-in), with no separate security deposit. The 6-month plan retains a proposed $1,900 refundable security deposit in addition to the $1,900 first month’s rent. The payment schedule and any lawful conditions will appear in the signed lease. Any additional screening requirements will be described before further action. The $200 nightly-stay deposit does not apply to these monthly offers.
Please mention your pet in the inquiry. Pet policies, any applicable charges and legally required accommodation requests will be addressed appropriately in the written terms. Nightly pet charges should not be assumed to apply to a monthly lease.
