Guest Limits
- Unit 1: Maximum 3 guests
- Unit 2: Maximum 3 guests
- Unit 3: Maximum 2 guests
Guests in excess of the stated maximum are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized additional guests may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in all units and common areas.
- A designated smoking area is available at the rear steps of the property.
- Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a cleaning fee charged against the security deposit.
Parking
Parking is available in front of the property for guests.
Pets
Pets are permitted with prior approval and the following fees, collected at booking:
- Pet Fee: $65 per stay
- Pet Deposit: $250 (refundable, subject to property condition)
Unauthorized pets may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Security Deposit
A $200 refundable security deposit is collected as part of the confirmed booking/payment process and refunded after checkout, subject to property condition and applicable house rules.
Property Care
Guests are expected to treat the property and its furnishings with care. The premises should be left in a clean and orderly condition at check-out. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may be charged against the security deposit.
Damage Responsibility
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest. Damage exceeding the security deposit amount will be billed separately.
Events & Gatherings
Unauthorized events, parties, or gatherings beyond the stated guest maximum are not permitted. Commercial filming, photography, or use of the property for business purposes requires prior written approval and may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
- 5 or more days before check-in: Full refund
- 2–4 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Within 48 hours of check-in: No refund

General
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these House Rules and Terms. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund and may result in additional charges.
