THREE-MONTH FURNISHED STAY

No separate security deposit for this plan

Month two’s rent of $1,950 is due separately as stated in the lease. Total 3-month rent and scheduled payments: $5,850. The last month is prepaid; no further rent is due in month three.

SIX-MONTH FURNISHED STAY

$1,900 / month

Total six-month rent: $11,400

PROPOSED MOVE-IN AMOUNT

$3,800

First month’s rent: $1,900
Refundable security deposit: $1,900

The remaining five months’ rent ($9,500) follows the written monthly payment schedule. Total scheduled payments: $13,300 including the potentially refundable $1,900 deposit.

Before you apply: These are proposed terms, subject to Residence availability, screening if applicable, and the final signed lease. For the six-month plan, the refundable security deposit is separate from rent and subject to lawful deductions. The three-month plan has no separate security deposit. There is currently no fee to submit this initial application. Electricity, water, internet and parking are included in the monthly rent. Pet arrangements and any other applicable charges will be disclosed in writing before you commit.

02 CONFIRM DETAILS

We explain the final rent, deposit, included services, disclosures and any lawful screening.

03 COMPLETE AGREEMENT

If approved, review and sign the appropriate lease and follow verified payment instructions.

Electronic signature, secure screening, and online payments are not yet active through this application form. No Residence is held until the appropriate steps have been completed and confirmed.
