Studio Rules & Acknowledgement
Before your first session at The Flight Deck, please read the following guidelines carefully and complete the acknowledgement form at the bottom of this page.
Your Session
Your studio time begins at your scheduled start time. Please arrive a few minutes early — your session clock starts at the booked time regardless of when you arrive.
Using the Studio
The studio and its equipment are available for your use during your booked session. Please treat all equipment and furnishings with care and return everything to its original position before you leave.
Using Flight Deck Equipment
Equipment in the studio is provided for use during your session. Do not move, modify, or reconfigure fixed equipment without prior approval. If anything appears not to be working correctly, notify us immediately — do not attempt to repair or force any equipment.
Guest Responsibility
You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in the studio during your session. All guests must follow studio rules. Please keep the number of people in the space appropriate for your session type.
Care of the Space
Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. Remove all personal items, food and beverage containers, and waste. Address any spills or messes before your session ends.
Session Time
Your session ends at the scheduled time. If there is a booking immediately following yours, you must be fully packed up and out by your end time. Extended time is not guaranteed and may not be available.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
48 hours or more before your session: You may cancel or reschedule. One reschedule is allowed per booking, subject to availability.
Less than 48 hours before your session: Bookings are non-refundable. No automatic credit is issued. Exceptions are at management discretion only.
No-shows: Non-refundable. No automatic credit or rescheduling.
Late arrivals: Your session ends at the original scheduled end time. Additional time may be available subject to availability and is charged at the applicable rate. No grace periods are provided unless management approves.

Damage
You are financially responsible for any damage to the studio or its equipment that occurs during your session, including accidental damage. Please report any issues immediately.
Prohibited
The following are not permitted at The Flight Deck:
- Smoking, vaping, or use of controlled substances
- Activities that could cause damage to the space or equipment
- Recording content that violates any law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Unauthorized commercial use of The Flight Deck name, brand, or likeness
Minors
Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the full duration of the session. The adult on the booking is responsible for the minor’s conduct.
Your Acknowledgement
Please complete the form below to confirm that you have read and agree to the studio guidelines above. Your acknowledgement is recorded by name, email, and submission date and time.
